At the moment, we are not actively seeking external investments; however, we are open to considering proposals that align with specific parameters. We would like to share our current terms:

1. We are not considering selling any part of the company but are willing to explore the use of a certain part as collateral;
2. Investment terms include an annual interest rate of 50%, with full repayment scheduled after two years, without the option for early repayment;
3. The investment amount and the percentage of the company under collateral are subject to individual discussion based on your needs and capabilities;
4. Fund transfer is exclusively processed to the original sender's account;
